Lisa Loeb's Long Bob
The ever-so lovely Lisa Loeb wore a little black dress and a fabulous matching peep-toe stiletto-bootie to attend the 30th Annual Independent School Alliance of Minority Affairs Impact Awards. Her coordinating cat-eye glasses really set her style off. They're not only the perfect accessory but they also give her a vivacious vintage vibe.
At age 45, the lovely Lisa Loeb is doing something right. She looks twenty five. Not that we see any fine lines on the lovely Ms. Loeb but as a woman ages bangs can be an inexpensive (much less than Botox) way to conceal the fine lines that naturally occur. She keeps her medium brown hair color rich with red under tones that compliment her fair skin tone. As women get older, it is wise to lighten the hair along the way. A fair amount of women choose to go blonder but she knows that red tones work best for her. Loeb, essentially has a "lob" hair style - a long bob, with bangs.
To copy her style begin working on clean, damp (towel dried) hair. First apply Redken's Pillow Proof blow dry express primer with heat protection. Then part it down the center and blow dry straight down (to avoid frizz and seal the cuticle) to get the hair completely dry. Do the same with the bangs (hair spray heavily). Next, the curling iron is turned heated up while Redken's Hot Sets 22 thermal setting mist is sprayed. Take vertical, 3 inch sections and curl around the head.
