On the morning of December 7, 2010, Kathryn Morris was dressed to impress and looking fabulous for The Hollywood Reporter's Power 100 for Women In Entertainment Breakfast. She was all smiles, resembling a ray of sunshine with her long and bright golden hair paired with a cheerful white blouse.

It wasn't just her hair that stood out. Kathryn's shoes also garnered quite a bit of attention that morning. The pointed-toe heels, titled Rockstud, are from Valentino's Spring 2011 collection.

Kathryn's heels, while elaborate and fancy, come with a hefty price tag of $1000 per pair. While the average paycheck may not accommodate shoes by Valentino, one does not need deep pockets to replicate Kathryn's sunny hairstyle.

Part the crown area into three sections (two sides and one back area). Apply root lifting spray and blow dry, lifting the roots with fingers off the scalp. After drying the root areas with fingers, take four-inch by four-inch sections using a round brush and blow dryer. Pull the hair taut and in an upward motion.

Ensure the directional nozzle points down the hair shaft to avoid frizz. Let the hair stay wrapped around the round brush to cool and set for long-lasting volume. To finish, pinch the root area and apply hairspray generously.
