Stana Katic's Simple Hairstyle

On October 18th, 2014 the Canadian-American starlet Stana Katic co-hosted the 24th Annual Environmental Media Awards looking radiant in a black and magenta Roksanda Ilincic crepe jumpsuit.

Her outfit was complete with pockets and an asymmetric cut-out to give us a peek at her perfectly trimmed midriff section and a twisted detail seamlessly draped at her hip. She opted to couple with a pair of timeless black Saint Laurent sandals and a fabulous flushed lipstick.

In effort to maintain a moderate style for hosting the event, Stana elected to keep her hair style simple yet elegant. The base color in Stana's hair is a beautiful warm medium brown and withthin lighter highlights scattered through out to avoid an overly manufactured look.

It is easy to fabricate Stana's modest yet refined hairstyle. To begin, a sheen balm is spread over moist hair and parted from right to left. Then blow dried straight down to avoid the dreaded frizz. Next the ends are round brushed outward to create a slight flip.

Remember to let the curl cool off around the brush to set the curl. After hair has cooled back down, a joint humidity shield and hair spray is lightly sprayed at the roots and ends.
