Cameras popped and green-eyed women whispered when Louise Redknapp walked into the November 11, 2009, Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in London.

Louise has an updo that is tight along the nape of her neck. There are just enough layers to give her that small fluffy volume most women desire. She has a small irregular side part that gives sway to the smooth structures along the sides of her face. The sides are pleasingly slithered around her ears.

Her stylishness is on the cusp of modish with her bigger-than-life gold dress that is gathered up on one shoulder with tight sleeves and a high hem. Note her small black dress purse that also promotes broadness in her shoulders—just another trick of the illusion of fashion.

Her platinum color would be too high maintenance and much too delicate for you to work with yourself. If your hair is highly tinted like Louise's, you may consider a protein reconstructor. If your hair is damaged, one of the best things you can do is get a new haircut and then condition with moisturizers and proteins.

Next to a good haircut is good makeup, and Louise has used a tinted foundation to add a little bit of color to her face, a concealer in the inner corners of her eyes with a sandy beige tone over it, and a smoky taupe blended under the thick eyeliner, lashes, and mascara.

Her eyebrows are arched with the thicker areas toward each other. Bronzer is brushed upon her cheeks and forehead. Her lips are set with a transparent lip color.
