Kristen Wiig looked absolutely stunning as she walked the step and repeat at the 2015 Film Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica on February 21st.

While Kristen isn't a natural blonde and hasn't always been one, this exquisite shade of blonde suits her perfectly. Her oblong face shape is ideal for a chic pixie hairstyle, which she has been gradually transitioning to over the past few years, having sported a lovely bob haircut just last year.

Pixie cuts are incredibly versatile. Kristen demonstrates this with her side-swept bangs, a hallmark of her style. Pixies can be styled spiked up, slicked back, curled, or side-parted like Kristen's.

To achieve her pretty pixie hairstyle, start with clean hair, as pixies can quickly become weighed down by oils. Apply a volumizing product at the roots and blow-dry them straight up off the scalp.

Using a round brush, style the crown section by brushing it upwards and under. Part the hair off-center and blow-dry one side down while combing the other side over. For Kristen's signature flip, gently turn a one-inch section outward on the same side. Finish with a strong-hold hairspray to keep the style in place all day.
