Actress Katie Leclerc looked both youthful and sophisticated while attending Variety's 5th Annual Power Of Youth Event at Paramount Studios in Hollywood on October 22, 2011.

Her youthful and fun blue and white polka dot shorts and heels came together to create an interesting blend of dressy and casual. The same can be said for her long blonde beach-like waves, which give an elegant yet casual look.

To recreate your own version of Katie's bubbly beach-like waves, start by applying a shine serum to dry hair, focusing from the mid-shaft to the ends. Part the hair directly down the center.
