Angelina Jolie's up-do is again simple and elegant. The hair is smoothed completely from the face, but the confinement at the crown of her hair is a soft bun which gives a sense of softness and sophistication to the look.

Getting this look is extremely easy, and there's a neat little cheat to help you get a long-lasting hairdo. Take your clean, dry hair and your bristled brush and draw the hair back to the crown area of the scalp. Secure the hair in an elastic ponytail holder and make sure the tail is nice and taut.

Then, using your fingers, wind the hair into a soft coil and pin it in place using the ponytail holder as an anchor point. Mist the hair with hairspray (very lightly) and use the edge of your bristle brush to smooth the surface of the hairstyle and gather any strays at the sides and neck area. It's a quick and easy look that never fails to please.
