Here is how to get some of that magic: Add ultra blonde highlights and caramel lowlights to your light blonde long hair. Have the ends texturized for a softer flow. After washing treat hair with a shine enhancing serum and air dry it, while ruffling and scrunching with your hands every now and then.

Let it fall over shoulders and find your favorite hat to wear. With expressive, long lashed eyes like this the lipstick is best kept in a subdued, light color like Taryn chose.
