A smiling Kelly Osbourne was seen at the G-Star Fall/Winter 2010 Collection in New York City on February 16, 2010. She wore her short blonde hair with a heavy top, a high side part, and a hefty dip of hair over to the side.

There were curls forming small thick coils around her head, with the back cuffing the top of her collar. Her sides covered her ears in an attractive taffy beige shade. This hairstyle would be relatively easy to maintain once the curls are set, as shorter hair holds curls more easily.

Her makeup included a light foundation and dark eyes accentuated with eye shadow, eyeliner, lashes, and mascara. Her eyebrows had a definite, purposeful shape. Her cheeks were lightly dusted with blush, and her mauve lip color completed her appearance.
