Actress Jennifer Garner mingled with the crowd at a Hollywood event on February 9th, 2003. Her hair was an amazing mass of long curls that had "touch me" written all over it.
After setting, the curls were arranged with the hands and individual strands received an extra curve with a curling iron. Flexible, curl enhancing spray was misted over the masterpiece for a finishing touch and lasting hold.
