The emphasis here is definitely on the eyes, brought about by the bold fringe. It is long enough to touch and cover half of the eyebrows and originated almost at the middle of the crown. Opposed to the rest of the hair it is styled sleek and slightly diagonal.
 
Long layered ringlets are the playful counterpart and frolic their way around the face all the way to the shoulder. A gentle and textured tapering from the widest point at eye level to the narrowest at the base of the neck and collarbone adds to the deliberately top heavy shape of this romantic look.
