21st Century Mod
The formerly rebellious mod style also has been reinvented and finds a beautiful expression in this short haircut by finalist Steven Marr. A round, but textured and thus finely jagged line goes around the entire head in an elliptical sweep starting at mid-neck, touching earlobes and running above the eyebrows.
The top hair is long and only slightly graduated along the edge to get a smooth line and stay true to the roundness of the design. It is pivoting out from a central point high on the crown.
