Kate Beckinsale is wearing a strikingly powder blue dress that ties in the front to the Crest Whitestrips Style Awards in Beverly Hills on June 16th, 2004.

Her hair flows past her shoulders in long layers. There are accents of golden highlights on the first 4 to 5 inches of her hair with a dark shading effect throughout her ends. Definitely in, and definitely a dazzling hairstyle!
