Julianne Hough's Bob Hairstyle with Spice

On the evening of August 6th of 2013, Julianne Hough attended the premiere of "Paradise" looking absolutely fabulous in a white jacket dress with a matching black collar, purse and pumps that coordinate but it was her hair that really stood out. Her ensemble is clearly business-like and conservative so it stands to reason she would style her hair with a touch of spice to it.

Julianne sure understands how to take what could have been a boring bob and add some spunk and spice to it, to truly make it fun and flawless. This style is one of the few, much like an updo, that actually looks best styled with hair that hasn't been freshly washed. We're not saying go for weeks without washing but just a day or two will work best.

Part the hair off center and then apply a texturizing cream to the ends. Next, separate the hair into vertical sections around the head from ear to ear. The bottom half will be curled, while the top half will be flipped out. Take half inch strands and curl them and one inch sections on the top and flip them out. Liberally spray with holding spray to finish.
