On the evening of August 6th, 2013, Julianne Hough attended the premiere of "Paradise," looking absolutely fabulous in a white jacket dress with a matching black collar, purse, and pumps that coordinated perfectly. However, it was her hair that truly stood out. Her ensemble was clearly business-like and conservative, so it made sense for her to add a touch of spice to her hairstyle.
Start by parting the hair off-center and applying a texturizing cream to the ends. Then, divide the hair into vertical sections from ear to ear. Curl the bottom half with half-inch strands, and flip out the top half with one-inch sections. Finish by generously spraying with holding spray.
