Blonde Taylor Spreitler showed up at the Do Something Awards on July 31, 2013, looking very bold. Her colorful frock and intricate hairstyle were definitely noteworthy on the red carpet.

Her braided updo boasted tons of texture and color! Several colored strands of hair and metallic ribbons were braided into the style for a fun pop. The braids were gathered into a low bun at the back of the head and secured with pins. Shorter pieces were left out around the face and curled with a small curling iron for a super sweet wavy result.

The pieces around Taylor's face really help add softness and framing. The crown is teased for height and sprayed with hairspray for hold. We think the hairstyle evokes a medieval charm but with her dress and the braided styling details, she brings it into modern bohemian territory. Very chic!
