American actress Kelly Carlson was born on February 17th 1976. She has been listed on the 2001 Tear Sheet Magazine's 50 Most Beautiful list.

The Nip/Tuck star likes to show off her face with hairstyles that frame her features and do not intrude in form of bangs or loose tendrils. Her looks have much volume from curls or strategic teasing; even layering adds more bounce and lightness and with some highlights in her medium blonde base color, extra definition and depth is given to her locks.
