Gina Rodriguez couldn't have looked any more adorable while she attended The CW Network's 2015 Upfront event in New York City on May 14th, 2015 in an delightful floor length floral skirt and white top. She kept her make-up as modest as her sweet ensemble with using just a shimmer powder, mascara and lip gloss.

First, generously apply a shine serum with heat protectant onto damp hair. Section the hair out, working your way from bottom to the top.
