L’Oréal Colour Trophy 2007 Regional Finalist
Toni & Guy, Covent Garden has reached new heights of excellence with a L’Oréal Colour Trophy entry that stunned the judges at the
London Regionals and has secured them a place at the illustrious Grand Final in May.
Jo O’Neil and Efi Davies were the masterminds behind Toni & Guy’s winning look, and the team of two competed live for their stab at
the L’Oréal Colour Trophy title. The result was flawless hair and a style that was bang on trend: “We were inspired by the New
Avengers and the strength and sexiness of Joanna Lumley’s signature Purdey,” explained Jo and Efi when asked about the secrets of
their success, “We added in a twist of James Bond heroine to create a stunning, feminine look that had real power on the catwalk.”
Although the challenge is by no means over, Jo and Efi’s win has given them confidence and they go on to the final round in the knowledge
that their salon and army of supporters will be rooting for them 100%. “We were stunned to hear the name of our team read out and it
took a few seconds to register what was happening” the team commented directly after their win, “The cheers from our supporters
could be heard across London! It was an electrifying moment.”
