Asymmetry Overlapping

Layers of multi colored hair are overlapping each other and are drawn towards the front as if an invisible magnet pulled it all into the long, diagonal fringe that covers about half of this man's face. Mysterious at least since the Phantom of the Opera, this look has already had a lot of fans in the 1980s and the trend continues.

The modern elements in this version are the skilled use of texture, flow and the targeted use of color, which ranged from light blonde to hazel and even charcoal tones. All of them are used to bring in another level of sculpting with shadow and light.
