With a mysterious key around her neck "Gossip Girl" starlet Taylor Momsen smiled for the cameras on October 11th, 2008.

No secret is how to get super shiny and flowing hair. The strongly layered look with the frizzy, textured ends reminds of the rocker chic born in the late 80s. Way before Taylor took her first breath, but she looks great in it.

Her hair was masterfully cut in a rounded, face framing, tapered style and smooth layers all around. It can be styled into the face or backwards and there is a lot of room for fun experiments.
