The Greek American TV personality Maria Menounos' trademark is her amazing hair and she has many ways to create many different looks with her long locks.
To create this look it takes a lot of teasing to get the volume on top. Then take the top hair and the sides (stop behind the ear) and pull them up to a very high ponytail that mixes with the still open hair in the back.
A few strands should fall out to frame the face.
