Disheveled One Length Bob

With shorter hair than usual but even sassier was the appearance of Heather Locklear at the Hollywood premiere of her movie “Uptown Girls” on August 4th, 2003.

Cut to a one length bob Heather’s hair fell in fancy waves and feisty curls around her ivory skin face. Her light blonde color was strongly enhanced by some honey and platinum tones. After setting the curls were fussed up with a wide toothed comb and deliberately disheveled for a sensational vivacious style. Curl enhancing liquid gel holds the bounce and still lets the hair move freely.
