student, it’s important to show the world what you can do. Hairfinder.com is offering you the space to post photos of your best work to
demonstrate your skills.
We are also looking for stylists interested in contributing content submissions for inclusion on Hairfinder.com. These can be anything
from news reports or information on events being held, demonstrations of styling techniques and makeovers, new product reviews, etc. All
work submitted will be attributed to the submitting party, and should be accompanied by illustrations and/or photos.

The Requirements:
There are some legal requirements you need to make certain of before you can submit photos for inclusion. Here are the details:
• All photos containing representations of individuals must have a model release form for each
person in the photo(s). This can be a single form for multiple photos, but must have a separate release
for each person represented. These releases must be signed by the model if over the age of 18, or by
the legal guardian of any individuals under the age of 18.
• Salons and individuals who already have model releases for their photographed works should submit a
separate release statement granting license to Hairfinder.com to publish the submitted photos on the
Hairfinder.com website. This statement should include identifying information on the images/materials
being submitted and include the names of the image files being published.
• If you are sending a submission of news announcement, demonstration or makeover, or product review,
you must also submit a release statement granting permission for Hairfinder.com to publish your work
and the accompanying images.
• The model releases can be kept on file with the individual stylist or salon, or can be submitted along
with the image files to Hairfinder.com. The release statements for works and images to be published
must be submitted to Hairfinder.com.
• All submissions (whether photographic or other content types) must be owned by the individual or salon
making the submissions. Neither Hairfinder.com nor its parent corporation (NetservePlus, bvba) will be
held liable in any situation in which a submission is presented without proper ownership. Do not submit
third-party works as your own.
