Hair, Beauty & Fashion News
Melbourne, Australia - In 2010 glamour is making a welcome return.
The year will see many past eras of hairstyles visited, from the forties through the nineties. The differences in the styles will be more modern. The styles use a relaxed texture that makes them softer than they were
in the past decades.
Short hairstyles are returning with a vengeance. The classic shapes and take on geometric lines and the bob is more modern than before. Emphasis is placed on a sleek and glossy shine.
The color trends of the season show blonds and brunettes infuses with tones of pink, sapphire, emerald, and amethyst. For those that want a more subdued look, pastel tones are shown through the natural hair color.
Long hair styles show a raw texture with natural waves and curls. For a girls night out on the town you can where your hair up in a French roll or disheveled quaff, or even a chignon. For your morning run or a fun and
sporty look, you can wear your hair in a slicked back pony with a part on the side.
The upcoming trends will see high quiffs and messy styles dominating. The looks will have the effect of looking thrown together, but actually are artfully created multi textural looks.
