Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 500 g of sliced carrots
- 1 big potato, peeled and sliced
- 500 ml of poultry broth
- 250 ml of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground curry
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 20 mn (vegetables must be soft). Puree.
Serve the soup topped with some yogurt and dill.
