Of course, for every bad boy, there's a good guy who wants to put his best foot forward and play the lading man role in a woman's life. The same cut that gave us the wild-and-wooly look in the previous hairstyle gives us this carefully-groomed style. The lift at the scalp adds volume and enhances the vertical focus of the style in counterpoint to the longer nape.
Styling this look means using a blow-dryer and sculpting product to best effect. Sweep the hair back along the sides and slightly upward, while lifting and rolling the hair in the top section and fringe over and angling in dramatic fashion. Getting the look right will take some practice, but the results are well worthwhile. Follow up the styling with a misting of hairspray and a gentle pat to solidify the style.
