Shoulder-Length Layers

This is a rocker look if ever there was one. The shoulder-length layers form a choppy, razor-cut, shag haircut that features an uneven fringe and ash-blonde highlights in a charcoal base color. The highlighting is subtle and created with moderate-sized strokes. The styling consists of a structuring product with a blow-out using a flat brush and perhaps followed with a flat iron to give the hair a sharper finish. The look is perfect for an evening on the town, and works especially well in contrast to more traditional dress.
