Here we see a dramatic new twist on the classic "bowl" cut. Using a very short neckline, the lengths are directed forward and cut to form an oversized, rounded fringe. The cut allows myriad variation in the levels of volume and in the textures that can be created in the hair.
The hair color - a light ash blonde base layered with Platinum veils to add depth and definition - is cool, and glimmers like moonlight.
The styling plays up the diffusion of layers to form a soft, halo effect with gentle bends in the hair to add as much energy and vibrancy as possible to the look.
