Even though the hair has about the same length all around, it does not have to be the same texture or the same styling all over. Even short and simple haircuts for men like this can be versatile enough to be modified with different types of styling. For this subtle effect the hair in the center of the crown was styled forward in the shape of a triangle. The sides point down and a few strands stick up in the back. The styling product was only applied on top and then pulled through the hair with a fine comb.
