If you thought that the pixie and short hairstyles are a new trend – think again. Sharon Stone has been rocking short hair for ages! The super star knows how to sport a pixie and this slightly longer version of one is totally chic. A cropped coif is definitely her signature look and with good reason. She looks hands down fabulous with short hair!

Sharon Stone with trendy short hair Pixie with longer sides - Sharon Stone Sharon’s cut is tapered at the nape area and blends upwards to long layers on top. Hair is angled softly up and around the ears but the sides are relatively longer than a classic pixie normally is. The layers that are cut around her face are more blunt but the bangs are more textured and wispy. The softer edges keep the overall look soft and playful. Brushing the strands towards her face helps to add framing. Sharon’s locks are blown out straight and brushed over to one side for volume. A light spritz of hairspray helps add texture and shine to the look.

She keeps her blonde hair well highlighted with a touch of darker pieces woven in for dimension. The lighter hair color is her signature and it complement’s Stone’s light skin and pretty green eyes. These photos were taken of Sharon attending a couple of different events back in 2000 and you can see how well the hairstyle transitions from one event to the next. By simply changing up your wardrobe, makeup, and jewelry choices you get a brand new look instantly.
