Celebrity Hairstyles News
The 33rd Annual People’s Choice Awards 01/09/2007

New Jersey born celebrity Katrina Bowden has been keeping herself busy on NBC’s comedy
“30 Rock.”
The color of her hair appears to be a honey light brown/blonde. Here we see her long hair
styled simply with a side part and smoothed all over. This would be a good style for you if you have naturally straight hair and a
youthful face. Block your clean dry hair off in the sections on the sides, top, crown and middle of the back and bottom. A good tip is
to always use a spray fixative when you use your flat iron for more control. Apply a smoothing crème when done and spray if desired.
Just between you and me and the gatepost, I believe Katrina has hair extensions under that top
layer of hair. Extensions are definitely in vogue. Her red evening dress would increase the identity of her figure and face if her hair
were styled up in irregular curls with sprigs going every which way. If not curls, then a simple twist with the resilience of her hair
fanning about.

Celebrity girl Ali Larter used to be a model before she decided to take acting lessons. She is
wearing a gray evening dress with a small tinge of green running through that we find completely agreeable with her blonde hair. Styled
in long layered dips, her hair is also foiled heavily with pale blonde slices more in the front area then in the back. Her new growth
appears to be a medium brown mixed with sprigs of gray. We all get it ladies and silver really can be quite beautiful, when properly
taken care of. With this in mind, it is possible to have this look for yourself, begin with a dry clean head of hair and part in the
center, just as you see Aly’s and section off the top mixed in with the sides with a clip. Section off the crown and begin on your lower
back using a large curling iron, large hot rollers or large regular rollers; whatever your preference is and roll everything under. Do
the same with the crown making a checkerboard pattern as you go. On the top and sides roll going back vertically. When dry, brush
lightly and spray. Just a tip: if you are looking for more fluff and bounce in the crown area; have your artist clip you a bit
shorter.
This singer/actress’s role model is the one and only “Goldie Hawn.” That is a good beginning
I’d say.
Sara Paxton's hair color has been foiled with pale and dark honey blondes and with the entrance of her new growth. That is just the way it is
when you color your hair; your new growth follows you around whether you like it or not and sometimes; at the most inconvenient times
too. Then again, if it is stylish, who cares?
If Sara’s hairdo is enticing enough for you to try your hand at it, let’s once again begin with either clean dry hair or clean wet hair.
Whatever your preference is and easiest for you to work with. If your hair is natural curly or wavy then, you won’t necessarily have to
use a medium sized curling iron or rollers or hot rollers. Hold the top part of the hair up and back brush it lightly along with the
sides as well. Smooth back into the center of the back and use a decorative hair comb or clasp to fasten. Take about an inch of your
bangs and smooth across your forehead and spray. Hair pulled back like this always gives the appearance of being fuller and longer and
is a good style for a small face such as Sara’s.
