Marla Maples at the Music and Lyrics Los Angeles Premiere in 2007. Billionaire Donald Trump's ex Marla Maples is full of smiles these days. Did you know Heather Locklear is her cousin?

She wears her long hair with a party look of multiple foils of browns, reds, caramels and blondes with her ends returning to the browns. Her hairstyle has been fashioned in long layers and smoothed out with a blow dryer and probably a flat iron as well. With a good hand, you too can have this same effect. Not the face or the, well ... you can have this style.

Wash, condition and rinse and towel dry your hair. After applying your styling mouse or gel, use the largest round brush you have and begin in small sections on the bottom of the back, placing the brush under the hair and pulling it outward until dry.

Repeat this process all over your head. When you are done, look and see if you like all the volume that you have now, if not, you can either use the flat iron to smooth out the cuticle or apply the smoothing crème before flat ironing to look once again.

Sometimes, all you need is to add the smoothing crème without the addition of the iron and the crème will leave just enough volume to look sexy! It all depends upon your taste and the texture of your hair.
