American actress Kim Rhodes was born on June 7th 1969 in Oregon and is well known as Cindy Harrison in the
soap opera As The World Turns.
Kim’s trademark is a short crop, reminiscent of a pixie with some punky elements. The top hair is slightly longer than the sides and
