Kelli Garner posed for the cameras at the 11th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles on February 5, 2005 and she wore her hair in a ribboned smoothness that had thick taffied strands curl around her shoulders.
Close to her centered part we can see that her natural hair color is a dark ash blonde so this makes it easy to lighten up her hair in streaks.
Kelli uses pink buff beige blended with a warm brown for her eye shadow, darkened brows, eyeliner, lashes and mascara. Very little blush if any is found on Kelli and a light pastel flesh pink lip color.
If we could put Kelli in a color, I would wrap her in a woodsy green; it would bring out her blue eyes and put some zap in her hair color too. I’ve never seen a blonde that doesn’t look smashing in a green color.
