The 1980s teen idol Deborah Gibson strutted her stuff at an industry event. Stunning in a strapless red dress with perfectly matching lipstick Deborah showed off her mane of thick blonde hair.

The long hair was highly textured in the ends and styled with sleek perfection. Given a little lift at the roots the lengths were then pulled through a flat iron to make them this straight and shiny.
