Wispy Curls in the Neck

Former Charlie’s Angel Cheryl Ladd looked conservative and patriotic on May 18th, 2002.

The serious look of the pinstripe jacket was mellowed out by her ever glowing blond hair that was cut in a layered style with a long neck section of wispy curls. The short bangs were thinned out and textured to appear light and most volume was created on the crown by light teasing and smoothing of the top hair.
