Ever popular Britney Spears at the 27th Annual American Music Awards in Los Angeles on January 17th 2000 is wearing a blunt cut bob that just brushes her shoulders. The color of her hair has been all over lightened either with bleach or a high powered tint. Britney has an extremely small bend in her hair due to coloring.
