Actress and comedienne Aisha Tyler sported a tropical ballerina look at the 15th annual Glaad Media Awards in Hollywood, California. It does not take too much know how to create this style, just the right tools and some patience.

For best hold, roll half of the length of damp hair over small curlers. Once set, liberate the curls and gather the hair in the nape.

Use a thin banana clip to fasten it vertically and make sure that it clings tightly to the head. Style curls in a wide circle and decorate them with a large, natural flower.
