Extensions can transform almost any hairstyle into a dramatic work of art. Seen here, the hair is a long lightly-layered cut with
layers mostly around the fringe and forward edges. The color is a very finely-altered blend of beige-blonde and tan-blonde shades
with slim streaks of golden-blonde throughout. The styling involves separating the hair into sections and combining different
sections, gathering them to a point along the head and styling them into thick herringbone braids. The left side section and crown
are smoothed together into the nape and secured then woven into a single, thick braid that is brought forth to hang across the right shoulder.
The rear half of the top section is parted along an angled line and joined with the right side section and woven into a
second herringbone braid that is laid across the top of the original braid. The length and thickness of these braids almost certainly
guarantee that they are enhanced by the use of extension hair. The tufts at the ends of the queues that are not woven into braids
are blunt cut to form tassels. Hairspray can be misted over braided queues to get rid of stray or loose strands and give a clean
finish to the style. The final portion of hair to be dealt with is the fringe which is angle cut and lightly textured by point-cutting
the tips of the hair for a soft, yet distinct, edge.
