A smiling Kelly Osbourne was seen at the G-Star Fall/Winter 2010 Collection in New York City on February 16, 2010. She wore her short blonde hair with a heavy top with a high side part and a
hefty dip of hair over to the side. There were curls going and coming in small thick coils around her head as the back cuffed the top of her collar. Her sides covered her ears in the attractive taffy beige shade.
This hairstyle would be relatively easy to keep once you get the curls in there, as shorter hair keeps the curl more easily.
